Experience: Worked in major oil companies, ship owning companies, two years offshore experience, long experience working as a technical consultant for ship yards, ship owners, subsea operators, vendor companies. Special Experience: Design of special offshore ships, drill ships, cruise ships, yachts, fast/slow ferries and naval ships.(IMO and SOLAS)

Arvid Ystad holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He has over 40 years of experience across the oil industry, management consulting, and banking in Norway. A graduate of the Norwegian Army Officer School (Field Artillery), combined with multiple military refresher trainings, he has developed a strong personal interest in defense, military systems, and Norway’s national security.
Pål is a strategic marketing and business consultant who builds creative, practical solutions with measurable results. He combines modern tools with broad interdisciplinary experience. Has advanced training in leadership development, operational efficiency, media production and digital platforms. Solution-oriented across maritime innovation, strategy execution and market-oriented implementation. He helps turn ambitions into clear roadmaps, disciplined execution and concrete results.
In addition, our team occasionally will expand as projects evolves - in close collaboration with leading shipyards, providers and design partners in Norway and abroad.
